Procedures of postal services

1. TREVIO UAB (hereinafter referred to as the Company), which provides postal services and manages the portal deklaruok24.lt, complies with the requirements of the Postal Law of the Republic of Lithuania, the Postal Service Provision Rules and other legal acts governing the provision of postal services and cooperates with different Customers to ensure the delivery of postal items (not exceeding 50 kg) from the territory of the Republic of Lithuania outside the EU and vice versa.

2. The procedure for providing postal services in the Company when transporting shipments to the Republic of Lithuania:

2.1. receiving an order by phone, electronic channels (through system-to-system integration), or e-mail (info@trevio.eu);

2.2. completion of customs formalities and customs storage of postal items (by a responsible representative of the Company's customs broker),

2.3. transfer of the shipment from the customs warehouse to an outsourced sender or to the Customer (responsible driver—forwarder),

2.4. delivery of the collected shipments to the terminals of the shipping carriers in the Republic of Lithuania,

2.5. sorting and distributing shipments by direction (responsible terminal manager),

2.6. delivering the shipments to the recipient (responsible driver—forwarder),

2.7. return of the order documents or undelivered consignment to the terminal of the parcel carrier.

3. The procedure for providing postal services in the Company, when transporting shipments from the Republic of Lithuania:

3.1. receiving an order by phone, electronic means (through system-to-system integration), or e-mail (info@trevio.eu);

3.2. delivery of the shipments to the carrier (responsible driver—forwarder),

3.3. delivery of the collected shipments to the terminal of the carrier in the Republic of Lithuania,

3.4. sorting and distributing shipments at the terminal according to direction (responsible warehouse manager),

3.5. delivering the shipments to the customs warehouse (responsible driver—forwarder),

3.6. return of the order documents or undelivered consignment to the terminal of the consignment carrier,

3.7. completion of customs formalities in the customs warehouse and formalization of the necessary customs procedures for the export of the shipment from the EU customs territory and delivery of the shipment to the carrier designated by the Customer, delivering the shipment outside the EU (responsible representative of the Company's customs broker);

4. When providing postal services and cooperating with Customers, the Company must ensure and monitor that postal shipments:

4.1. It would be presented to the recipients for personal signature or placed in the mailboxes, and if this cannot be done, by notifying the recipient;

4.2. A letter addressed to a person at his place of work or study, dormitory, place of military service, hospital, sanatorium, camp, or place of imprisonment would be delivered to the administration or its authorized persons;

4.3 Shipments that cannot be delivered to the recipient or returned to the sender when the sender (recipient) refuses to pick them up or when the recipient (sender) does not live at the specified address, although a written notification has been sent to him after 2 months, would be transferred to state ownership by notifying the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania. The message is accompanied by the postal service provider's tag, indicating that the sender (recipient) was invited to pick up the postal parcel but did not arrive or refused the parcel;

4.4. Documents confirming the delivery of the parcel to the recipient, which would indicate the name of the recipient and the name, surname, and signature of the person who accepted the postal item or the name, surname, and signature of the recipient, the date of delivery of the postal item, the address, and the name of the sender, would be kept for 6 months from the post office delivery date. When there is a dispute between the Company and users regarding the delivery of a postal item, the Company must keep the documents specified in this point until the dispute is resolved;

4.5. They would be returned to the sender if they were not delivered or delivered to the recipient when the company is closed;

5. When providing postal services, the Company must also:

5.1. Provide information about the postal service provider's name, legal status, legal form, registered office address, register name, registration code or equivalent identification data from the register, value-added tax payer code, contact data (correspondence address, telephone number, e-mail address), working time;

5.2. Make it possible for users to contact him by phone or other electronic means of communication;

5.3. Publicly publish this description, information about the types of postal services provided, their conditions of provision, the terms of the postal service provision agreement, including postal service tariffs, and other information that affects the user's decision to use the postal service;

5.4. publicly publish information about postal service locations;

5.5. Guarantee the confidentiality of correspondence to users;

5.6. Provide information about the location of the postal package at any time (tel. +370 685 08477);

5.7. Respond to a user's complaint related to the provision of postal services within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint (the responsible manager of the Company, tel. +370 685 08477):

5.8. Ensure that the order acceptance document is attached to the shipment, according to which it is possible to determine the postal service provider, the place of postal service provision (address), where the user can apply, the date of acceptance of the shipment, and the date of delivery to the recipient;

5.9. Submit reports on the provided postal service to the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the procedure and periodicity established by the Postal Law of the Republic of Lithuania, the rules for the provision of postal services, and other legal acts regulating the provision of postal services (responsible manager of the Company, tel.: +370 685 08477).

Employees are responsible for violations of this procedure in the manner and under the conditions established by the Company's internal procedure rules and/or legal acts.
